It really comes in handy when it comes to expressing your concerns as a patient. I loved talking to her and being treated by her. Never felt uncomfortable or like I had to hide anything. "I heard a lot of great things about Dr. Scheller, but I never got the chance to see for myself. It took 4 months for me to get an appointment. I showed up early for my appointment, but was forced to wait for over 30 minutes just to speak with the receptionist, who was busy on the phone. During this time, I heard her tell multiple patients who were calling about emergencies, like UTIs, that there was no way they could get appointments and that they should go to urgent care! Finally it was my turn, but there was an issue with my insurance (I had recently changed jobs) and it couldn't be verified. Not only would I have to have waited ANOTHER 4 months to be seen, but they CHARGED ME for "missing" my appointment saying "You wasted Dr. Scheller's time since she could have seen another patient". By all accounts Dr. Scheller is a great doctor, but be advised you will be paying a huge premium in TIME and MONEY because of how great she is."
