"I have been a patient of Dr Gliksman / Isaac’s for years since I was 19 years old. I am turning 33 next month. I moved to NYC and even take the trip and travel back to Jersey to see her. Through the years, her care has been pretty good I always felt heard and cared for. Her front desk has always been all over the place and the wait is always long and hard to get appointments without scheduling months in advance. Last year, I felt off and saw her for potential hormone imbalance issues and PCOS. As soon as I said those words, she was quick to shoot me down. The entire visit felt unreal; she quickly dismissed my feelings, symptoms and everything I was going through and attributed it all to a layoff and stress. She told me to do yoga and come back one month after finding a new job. Very emotionally discouraging. She refused to run any type of testing or even believe me. I felt hopeless after seeing her. I was once a loyal patient but have since sought out care from a different provider. Her care has just declined throughout the years and especially felt like that last visit was the nail in the coffin. As a woman, you’re supposed to feel safe and believed by your providers and I’ve never felt more discouraged by Dr Isaac’s and her practice. Will be leaving her practice after all these years of seeing her with no remorse."

"Horrible. Unfortunately, Dr. Isaacs was both my daughter’s first experience with a gynecologist. They were patients for several years. Was trying to make yearly appointment and was 8 weeks late so Dr. would not give refill birth control. I advised she would come right in but they did not have appointment for 3 months. Dr still would not refill birth control. After pleading with the office Dr wrote one month and then without even letting us know discharged both of my girls as patients and would not even return a call as her staff advised they were no longer patients because they missed appointments. The Dr was aware my daughter’s prescription was necessary within a week and did not even call her back. The staff is extremely rude and uncaring and hung up on me. What kind of doctor leaves 2 young girls without refills for birth control??? Beware."

"The worst front desk ever they can hire, they do not care what you have been through and not just they denied the appointment they also tells you repeatedly next appointments is available after 3 months even that you are a well established patient and denies you options. The girl in front desk has a horrible attitude and not caring at all , but I do think that god will make pay a day. Horrible person"

"This was my first annual visit with Dr. Isaacs and I absolutely loved her. She made me feel comfortable .answered all my questions thoroughly and I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room. I already scheduled next year’s visit.!"

"I've been going to Dr. Gliksman for 4 years and she is the best. She always makes me feel comfortable and we always have a great conversation. The visit is quick, and the wait is what you'd expect at any doctor's office "
