"Awful. Just don’t do it to yourself. I called to make an appointment the staff told me one thing I would have to pay $200 up front and then nothing more then I was told no that’s not the case I would have to pay everytime and that any reimbursement money I get from my insurance company would have to go to them too, because Sonos actually coat $500 but they would take $200 plus my reimbursement check! I agreed to make one appointment after being given such a hard time then I get a phone call from the office telling me they would have to cancel my upcoming appointment and find myself another place to go. Luckily for me I did this before they called to cancel I wasn’t mentally prepared for round 2 with this office today so I told myself I’d call tomorrow. Needless to say that I called another office told them about my experience and the receptionist told me that they are all nasty, she’s had to deal with this office before. To me my experience is that this office is money hungry and only out to bang out insurance companies as much as possible. Do not allow yourself or your unborn(s) to be treated like a cash cows! This place is completely unprofessional and does not truly care about the patient! Already called my doctors office and suggested that they not recommend any more patients to this office because of how poorly I was treated I got nothing but excuses and I have excellent insurance that I pay for! It took everything in me not to lose my temperament!! The doctor was also nowhere to be found! You and your baby(ies) deserve better then this trash bin!"

"If I could give Dr. Carl 10 stars- I WOULD!!! I truly can not put into words the level of care that I have received from Dr. Carl & his staff for the last 9 months. I came to him as a new patient last summer, after having experienced a stillbirth in my prior pregnancy. Going into another pregnancy & being high risk was scary! The unknowns and anxiety crippling at times. From the minute I met him, I knew he was the dr for me! He spends an unbelievable amount of time at each appt (no less than an hour), to ensure he is giving you all the time & attention that you deserve. Absolutely never felt rushed or that I was asking too much of him. His compassion & care is unmatched & he understands fully how to counsel and reassure his patients while also being realistic. He ALWAYS made himself available, day or night, and never ever seemed bothered or annoyed. As things became a bit complicated with the pregnancy, he worked closely with my other doctors to ensure everyone was on the same page to cultivate a plan for a safe & successful delivery. His office staff is also second to none, incredibly caring and truly like a family! There needs to be more doctors like Dr. Carl, as it’s a rare find in healthcare in todays world! I am proud to say that one week ago, we had a safe delivery of our baby girl, and while it was a stressful situation for me, Dr. Carl remained as cool & calm as was needed to execute a perfect delivery. He has also been following up with me DAILY since my delivery just to check in with me & see how I am feeling- what other dr does that?! I truly can not thank him enough for everything he has done for me & my family- words are just not enough! THANK YOU will have to do for now!!!"

When you are his patient he really knows you and he remembers you. He is the first male OBGYN that I’ve felt comfortable with due to my past experience. "Dr. Carl is incredible! He explained everything. Yes, the wait times can be long, but once you see how much time he gives to you & your baby, the time means nothing! I don't know if my baby (born at 29 weeks) would be alive if dr. Carl didn't have the dedication, care, & concern for us both. I very highly recommend him!!!!"
