"Where to start? Dr. Karen put some oil on my "bottoms". This oil was not slippery, but it left me very dry and cracked. The rude woman in the office refused to schedule a timely visit and made fun of me: she said I speak "Jibber Jabber" in a low voice"

"Dr. Patrusky is wonderful and so are the nurses, but the receptionist at the front desk was very rude. She seemed annoyed that I was asking to set up an appointment for my daughter. When I said it was an urgent matter and Dr Patrusky told me to ask her to fit in an appointment, she just shook her head and said no. She gave me a date, and when I asked if there was anything sooner, she just said, “No. There isn’t. Do you want this appointment or not.” If the receptionist does not like to work with people or in customer service, then she should work in the back of the office, not at the front desk. The medical staff is always great, but the receptionists are almost always grouchy. I hate to say it, but they make for a very unpleasant experience whenever I visit or call Dr Patrusky’s office."
