"It appears Dr. Yeum was more concerned about my weight than actually helping me. I did gain weight during the pandemic; however, morbidly obese is a bit much.I’ve never had that on my chart, ever. The vendors she referred me to haven’t done the tests she wanted me to take in YEARS! I had to find my own facilities. How are you so out of touch that you don’t know about the places you are referring your patients to?! Then the prescription for my husband’s semen analysis was invalid bc some code needed wasn’t on the script!! Had I not called bc it’s been over a month, I would have never known! RMA had been trying to reach the office for a month. I am so disgusted!! The cherry on top, when I called to state this I was told RMA didn’t reach out to them and placed on a muted line that no one ever returned to. I am beyond furious!"
