"My son and I met Coach Joe in July ‘21. My son is a pitcher for the HS in town and had 2 goals. To get in better physical condition while also strengthening his body and getting his velocity up. 3 months and there is tremendous progress with the program Coach Joe mapped out. The rapport he has built with my son has led to a change in mindset for him. Coach Joe’s availability (needed more in the beginning) when we had a question on diet or the workouts impressed me as well. All in all this is a facility where the trainers (Coach Joe in our case) care about their clients and their success in achieving their goals."
