"I took the real estate salesperson course with James. He was so helpful and a pleasure to learn from. I passed my exam on the first try. I recommend using him for all NJ RE. courses."
"Took the Salesperson course May 2023, it was pretty dry. The instructor read directly from the book the entire time the whole course. The instructor is a bit behind the times on the subject. The school registered me for the wrong test. They registered me for the Brokers Combo exam when I was suppose to take the Salesperson exam. Before I paid to take the test on the PSI website I reached out to the instructor to ask about it, (because the website was showing I could only select the Brokers Exam, not the sales person exam) the instructor told me I was good to go with the brokers exam. Fast forward 2 weeks later (Today 30 June) I arrive to the testing center and the person checking me in; turns me away, stating I was signed up for the incorrect test and cannot take the brokers combo test because I am not a Salesperson with 3 years experience and I don't have the eligibility certificate that they issue. They say I need to be signed up for the Salesperson exam, and I have to come back another time and pay another $38. What a waste of time and money especially after I confirmed with my instructor before paying. Do your self a favor and skip this school, find a different one."
"I recently completed the course, with a very knowledgeable and supportive instructor Jack Fisk. He led the class through the course material by making it interesting, understandable and above all gave his best to make “real estate” become a part of your future. I highly recommend this school to the novice as well as any person in related fields wishing to become licensed in real estate. The school is comfortable for the student with a pleasant environment to study. Richard Forte"
"Took their R.E. Salesperson course in 2009, and passed with their review class the R.E. state exam. In 2015 i decided to reactivate my license so I went to the school and purchased he latest edition of the Cram book. I self-studied it then took the test and passed it. I look forward to taking their continuing education courses. Richard was great and made these boring subjects quite interesting."
