"I’ve been in martial arts since the early 2000’s. I’ve known Evan for well over 10 years now. I have seen him grow as an athlete and person. Evan is a great instructor/Professor. He is very technical and highly skilled in Jiu Jitsu and MMA and is able to teach from his years of experience. He has developed a great culture in his gym. Evan is a great leader and I have experienced the skills and confidence his students have gained by training under his tutelage in a very short time. The Fight For Tomorrow is a beautiful and very clean gym lead by Evan. A man of great integrity and someone who I am proud to call a friend. You would be remiss to bypass an opportunity to train with Evan and his students at The Fight for Tomorrw."
"I’ve been going for about a year now, mostly training Jiu Jitsu exclusively. I had zero experience, just a middle-aged desk jockey looking for something to keep mentally and physically engaged. Fight For Tomorrow has delivered that and more. It all starts with Evan, the owner. At all moments he is engaged and thoughtful. What is most impressive is the cascading effect he has on everyone. Not only does he balance fostering acceptance and forcing accountability, there is a community that does the same. My morning coffee has been replaced by the 6AM class, aka “The Breakfast Club”. If I have to miss, it honestly gives me angst. It’s my time to clear my head of everything life will bring. Yet, a respite this is not. The “escape” comes from intense focus, within a physical challenge that punishes when attention does wander. It is demanding, but needed for my soul. If you decide to give it go, and 6AM is the time your life lets you train, the Breakfast Club will welcome you my friend."
"I started training here a while back after coming back from a long break in grappling, they have been more than welcoming and a great a community to train. They really care about the students and their progression"
"Coach Evan is one of the most dedicated to his members “coaches” I’ve ever met in my experience with martial arts over 20 years. His attention to detail and systematic approach to teaching helps me learn how react and think for myself vs. performing random drills and movements. If you want to train hard and learn the ins and outs of mma, come to this gym!"
"Excellent place! Evan (not me, the owner lol) is a great instructor who clearly cares about your improvement. Coming to a place like this can be intimidating for someone new to fighting/martial arts training, but you never feel that way here. Everyone is respectful, professional, and kind!"
