"Upper management does not work with parents on concerns or requests. Day care partially closed down 2weeks allegedly for an infant with COVID.(kids only) (I wish everyone well). They expect all the parents to pay for all that regardless. They say they follow CDC and OCDEL. When I questioned them on procedures and called them out on lies (following CDC) they expelled us.. Upper management is unethically. The have 0 integrity and only care about money. I respectfully stated my concerns and questions, they didn't like that I was right. GOOD LUCK!"
