"Worst pharmacy experiences here. Repeatedly, this location has gotten medications wrong, insurance screwups, rudeness beyond belief or has not filled prescriptions them in a timely manner for multiple family members. What happened to being able to get your prescriptions filled without a hassle and without having to come back 2-3 times because “something is wrong”? We have had to give our insurance information multiple times, same insurance but for some “reason” it is never put in correctly. Oh! The prescription is ready says the automated service? You get there and it was never filled. Wait! The drugs are not even in stock? Then why were we told to come pick it up? Try calling and speaking to someone on the phone? Do not even try because regardless if you get someone, they’re not helpful and everything is on you to get done. Waited for a hour on hold only to finally get someone on the line and then hung up on. Call back and get someone who does not even seem to care to help you. As someone who has worked in customer service, there is a way to go about talking to clients/patients, this location needs a seminary in bedside manner because they do not have it. The pharmacy needs better management and staff that actually care for their clients and their wellbeing. Such a joke."
