"I order a medication but they sent with a short expiration date, when I complaint after that they didn't send the same medication I used to take. You pay for overnight but arrives in 5 days, medication that needs to be refrigerated I don't trust this pharmacy."

"I have no idea what is going on with my order. I paid for my prescription and my sons prescription on Monday almost $300 and they told me it would be shipped to me one day shipping. And I have no medication in hand, I have no receipt, I have no email, I have no tracking number and I have no communication but yet I paid an extra $40 for overnight shipping. I have no idea what the deal is with this place however, I do feel like I have been robbed. I will post an update if and when I ever receive my medication. And I will let you know the rest of the story is for now I would avoid this pharmacy completely as I feel like I have been ripped off."

"Couldn’t find a medication despite going to 3 pharmacies. The pharmacist here was extremely helpful and took 30 minutes on the phone to make sure I would get my ear drops as soon as I could via delivery. Really appreciated his help and amazing service."

"This place just cannot get compounded medications right. This is the 2nd patch of injectable compounded medication that I've received where one of the injectors is broken. The first one I received had a bent needle. This second one will not inject. The plunger will not go down. Their customer service is difficult to understand and the never send tracking information. They do not call you back like they say they will. Stay away from this Pharmacy and make your provider find a different compounding pharmacy that runs a better operation."

"Had to pay for overnight shipping because this is a refrigerated item. Wasn’t given an option to sign for it because they ended the call so abruptly, mind you I had to call them about filling my script that my Dr. submitted. It supposedly was sent out last night and was delivered today. I immediately ran outside to grab it considering I live in Florida. Tell me why my block of ice was WARM and my needle package was open and wet?! Garbage. And nowhere do they list their credentials. I’m going back to my other pharmacy. Do not use them!"
