"@HATCHcollection Last week, I purchased the 4th Trimester Nesting Bundle for my wife in lead up to her due date this week. I used a 20% coupon code, and ordered a Small and received my order confirmation via email. Three days later, I get emails from @HATCHcollection stating my order was cancelled and I would be fully refunded because the size is no longer available. No one reached out to inquire if I would be willing to select a different size, color, or sell me the items individually (which they have in stock). Then I was offered a 15% discount to order other items if I wanted to. Okay, so I re-ordered the bundle in a Medium to see if it would fit and they did provide a new discount of 20% after I said something. I get the package today and it doesn't fit her; only the robe (jogger and bra does not). So I reach out to @HATCHcollection and inquire if I can return all items but the robe. Additionally, I share that the jogger is actually available in Small on their website so I request to have it exchanged. This was their response: "Unfortunately we are unable to process your request. Bundles do not have the systemic flexibility to be exchanged for other sizes. The entire bundle would need to be exchanged for a different size. If the size is not available, you would need to initiate a return for refund. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience. For some background, separate inventory is allocated for the bundles and they are packaged accordingly for each size we offer. Therefore we can not pull from other inventory because those pieces are allocated for the individual online purchases. We understand this is not ideal but this how our system is currently set up. We are unable to override this process." What kind of customer service are you actually providing here with this cumbersome and company-first policy? Do they not know their customers are birthing mothers with no time for this BS? And after spending $300 on 3 sleepwear items you cannot sell me things separately? Unheard of in retail. Do not buy from @HATCHcollection or proceed with cation when you do. I thought I would surprise my wife with a special gift post delivery and all I got was headache. I am returning everything and never purchasing from here again. I will share this experience on every major platform. Stay tuned."

"Since I discovered HATCH I have been in loveee with everything they have and it has been my go-to place and online shopping during my pregnancy! I will definitely continue shopping with HATCH throughout all of my fue pregnancies as well! I love their products, worth their price and very fashionable. Also, their customer service is amazing. They are always very kind and send me emails if I have and doubt or issue with and order. Very happy with it all!"

"I have been shopping with Hatch Collection since 2017. I’ve done both online and in-store shopping. Hatch has clothed me through three pregnancies in the last four years. Needless to say, there are not enough positive things that I can write about Hatch Collection. From the clothing, which has made this Mama feel beautiful and stylish when things got a little messy — and, super efficient and confident when things got crazy…Hatch has been 100% of my wardrobe from day 1 of learning I was expecting. I was literally complaining to my husband about not being able to find nice maternity clothes for the office and for Sunday brunch with the girls (off course) when my husband sent me the link to Hatch Collection. No joke — game over! One of the many things I love about their clothing is the ‘before, during, and after’ concept. Yes, the clothes are AMAZING for your growing baby bump. But, they also have added so many nursing and pumping friendly designs for the 4th trimester. If you’ve had c-sections, the pants are the BEST for both over and under the bump. Even when I am not pregnant, I wear the onesies and jumpsuits all day every day (including right now, as I write this review I’m wearing my Alba jumpsuit from Summer 2018 Collection!!!). Where we live in New York City women constantly stop me in the street to ask me where I buy these clothes. Hatch Collection is fashionable, classy, high-quality, and beautiful. The customer service in the store and online is excellent. The team is responsive, kind, and understanding. I love all of my Hatch Collection gear and I am sure any new or expecting Mama will too."

"Employees decided to close the Bleeker st location early on a Saturday. Corporate phone number just goes to a busy signal if you choose any options. Not just like 5 minutes early. The doors were shuttered at 4:10pm when then advertise being open until 5pm. Employees just responded to knocking by shaking their head no. My wife made a 45 minute journey just to go buy some pregnancy leggings and is supremely disappointed that the trip was wasted. I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone since the employees aren't respecting the time of customers. We should have respected the negative reviews before even trying them. Stay clear!"

"Stay away from online shopping with this vendor. Horrible delivery. Horrible communication with customer. Horrible return policy. Placed an order on 11/29/19. Order was supposed to be delivered within 3 - 9 days. Received email 12/9 indicated that due to a large volume of shipments. Stated they would upgrade to 2 day shipping to arrive by Christmas. Stated that we would receive an email by 12/13 if the package had not been shipped. No email by 12/13. Called 12/17/19. Talked to Megan. She said it was upgraded to 2-day Fed Ex shipping and would arrive within two days of being shipped. I asked her when it would be shipped and she could not tell me. I then asked her about the return policy which was 30 days of the order being placed. Obviously, this is insufficient to allow time to return since the order was placed on 11/29. She said the return policy was changed to 45 days. This barely allows time to return if needed. She then told me that had I placed the order through the store and not online, it would have probably arrived. Nothing on the website states this. Very dissatisfied especially considering that it is such a high end store. Will not ever shop Hatch again. Not worth the hassle."
