"We had the pleasure of taking our daughter-in-law to Seraphine in SOHO to select a few things for her pregnancy. Gina, the store manager, was so helpful and kind. She explained the versatility and features of the wardrobe designs and helped us select the most necessary basics. Then, we went crazy and found so many great pieces that will take our girl from early day, to nursing after delivery. We had Gina buzzing all over the store and into back-stock to get sizes. Pleasantly, she was able to get every single piece for us in the size we needed. The clothing is high quality, very stylish, thoughtfully designed and reasonably priced. Gina managed to take excellent care of us (2 hours) as well as run the store and take care of other clients; all while working with a design team setting up the store for an event that evening. What a wonderful experience!"

"One of the few stores in Manhattan that offer maternity clothes and it's staffed by one of the worst retail managers I've encountered. Gina was clearly more interested in selling to another woman who came in with her mother--to the point of almost entirely ignoring me, lying to me about stock availability so she could try to sell it to the other customer, then pushing me to try on and purchase larger sizes, completely disregarding my feedback that items were too long/bunched up in the wrong place/wrong style. Cherry on the cake was letting her order jeans for home delivery and they were completely the wrong item so now I get to deal with their eCommerce return policies. Skip this store. Just go to Hatch on Bleecker."

"To begin with the store and sales staff are wonderful.i have nothing bad to say about the. However,the "companies" policies stink. I had to exchange gifts I bought at Macy's,but instead of letting me "exchange",I had to purchase & go back to Macy's to return original merchandise when they sell the Exact same thing.(sad)"
