"Like other reviews below this place is completely unprofessional and rude. They yell at there customers. Hang up often without completing the conversations. Not sure why anyone would chose to use this company. Beware they are the LG authorized Rep LG should find another company to use. The guy even admits he often gets told he yells at customers but he doesn't see he has a problem. His Van is something from a junk yard all rusty and dented the paint is all flaking off. Please see the picture and ask yourself if this is a company you'd choose to do business with. This TV was purchased from Costco and LG and months later after working with Lakewood TV stereo and repair still no resolution or working TV"
