"Although I live 5 minutes from a different Kia dealership, I travel 30 minutes to service my car at DiFeo in Lakewood solely because of Jen Hanlon at the service desk there. Jen is professional, thorough, knowledgeable, courteous and just overall a kind person. She is patient and listens attentively to any questions and answers them. She will make suggestions regarding what will be the best service for your vehicle based on her many years of experience, but without attempting to sell you service which is unnecessary. You can’t go wrong with Jen. I personally ask for her specifically when I call with any questions because I know I will get the correct answer. Highly recommend this service center because of Jen."
