This is a great space to work in, the classes are kept small, and the one that I took offered excellent exposure to different fabric dying techniques. I highly recommend and will be doing more workshops here in the future."

"A friend and I took a Japanese shibori dying class recently and LOVED it. Karin was amazing! For many of us, this was our first experience with this type of art form, and Karin was so passionate about explaining the historical context as well as the execution styles. And then, we were on our own–to make art! It was wonderful to have her as a resource to ask questions about processes or ideas. (A human Google resource right in front of you!) I came home with 3 lovely pieces and am already looking forward to a future class at the studio. Can't recommend highly enough! DO IT!"

"I got so much out of the four-part Exploring Indigo and Shibori series. I have beautiful blue items that I made for my house, for my wardrobe, and for gifts (the gifts were so well-received!) Also, I’ve learned dying techniques that I’m already trying out on my own at home. I love the skills and history that Karin taught us, and the openness of the studio time. I would definitely do something like this with her again, and I highly recommend it."
