"I’m a local who visited this shop during Christmas. I had the most wonderful time interacting with the manager and purchased a few items including a lovely necklace. Three days later my necklace was broken and I was devastated. After the holidays, I went back to the store in early Jan. The manager again greeted me and replaced the item generously with another. Unfortunately, being neurodivergent, I felt that the necklace I exchanged with didn’t give me the same satisfaction. To be fair, this particular jewelry handmade and molded each heart shape, which makes each one different and special. I revisited the store feeling rather embarrassed but decided to share my story. Unluckily, the manager wasn’t present so I ended up explaining my story and left my email with them. They promised that I will be contacted by the manager. It’s been two weeks since the last visit and I haven't heard anything from anyone. I understand that this is an unusual case and I even stated that I will be happy with just getting the broken jewelry back. I’m just disappointed since I always believed in local stores for having unique human interactions… and now return date is well over so I’m stuck with something I would never wear."

"Beautifully hand-picked and curated store with an awesome selection of art, jewelry (from local or hand chosen jewelers) lighting, perfume, etc. spread out between a few stores. My friend chose an incredibly unique, antique chandelier and had the best customer service with the process. Lots of thought & love went into the making of these stores."
