"Went to The Pool Store January and made a deal with John (Manager). Pool instalation are scheduled end of spring to begining of summer and have not hear any words from them. We made prolly more than 10 calls, left a voice Mail, email them and also went to their location 3 times to ask for any updates then finally we did talk to a lady name Cindy. She ask me and wife to sign a paper works for variants in able to proced the process of installation. Basicaly if you really need some answer you have to keep trying, make some efforts coz I believe they are "too busy" to take care of their customer. It's so unprofessional!! I have 2 potential customer but then i felt i dont want to recommend this business place.."

"If you are looking for a company with terrible customer service the pool store is the place for you. They will not return emails, no responsibility will be taken for lack of communication and you will be blamed for everything that went wrong, even if those issues were not communicated. They will also not dispose of any trash it will be left on your property to dispose of. If you bring anything to their attention that went wrong, you will not receive any helpful suggestions on how to get things corrected. Thankfully they have a good technician , Ronnie who has more brains than the 2 managers put together."

"The Pool Store has maintained our pool for many years. They open and close our inground pool as well as maintain it weekly. They let us know how our pool is doing week to week and inform us what was done and what chemicals were added. When repairs were necessary, they promptly came to the house to fix them. We are so happy with the excellent service they provide! The technicians as well as the Pool Store employees and management are extremely helpful. Highly recommend The Pool Store!"

"Where there is smoke there is fire ..shoulda read reviews before wasting over 200 dollars in chemicals at this store which it’s incompetent associates recommended ...two weeks , 5 different tests and analysis and the pic you see is what I got ...the owner Toni even got involved and sent someone to my home but then I got right back to where I started ..I went there with a cloudy pool ..not green or even close to green ...after all the tests and all the supposed expertise I’m right back where I started ..the worst part of this experience was the owner actually lying in phone messages saying I let my pool get green and expected them to fix it ...that was a totally classless and unprofessional response to her unwillingness to fix my original problem which was simply a cloudy pool ..they get you to spend money needlessly then drop the ball when you complain about it ..how anyone can say they pride themselves on their customer service is a joke at this store ..beware ! beware ! ....all the bad reviews this lady and her store has gotten are deserved and how they stay in business is mind boggling ..."

"Had an appointment scheduled for pool maintenance and filter replacement three weeks ago and guy never showed up! Rescheduled a couple times and he didn’t show up to any appointment. Had to keep canceling and reschedule our pool party because our pool is still GREEN after three WEEKS"
