"We always patronize this store, We purchased inline chlorinator, unable to get lid off had less than 90 days. Took item back to store as warranted , store would not replace. Went 3 times to store for assistance employees state " no manager" . Last visit to store, employee told me " well they don't last long". Told me to call distributer, called them and they said that the store should be replacing. " Toni" was notified regarding this issue; still awaiting a call. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this local store. Toni please do that right thing and issue refund."

"Had to have some liner maintenance done, as my liner was coming out of the coping in a few spots. The crew came out and fixed everything in a matter of minutes and explained to me the likely source of the problem, which I will address on my own. Very knowledgeable, friendly, timely, and helpful staff at the store and crew at my home. I am always pleased with them!"

"When my wife and I met Toni and the folks at the Pool Store we knew we had the right folks to get our Dream Pool. Nothing is ever perfect but if anything came up Toni or her Crew FIXED it. "Let me start this review with I am a TOUGH customer! Customer service, especially when you are spending a significant amount of money, is ESSENTIAL to me. We shopped around prior to making a final decision on our pool and ultimately, I am very happy we chose The Pool Store. The quality of work is IMPECCABLE. The employees are professional, kind, patient and helpful. What needs a little work is communication . There were a few times during my pool install that I was frustrated because I was told something was going to happen on a certain day and it did not. A simple phone call or text letting me know would have alleviated my frustration. I would, however, definitely recommend (and already have!) using the Pool Store."
