From the first call to after the job was complete, my experience was beyond what I could have hoped for. Folks did not think the carpet was salvageable but they came in person to confirm they could clean them to my satisfaction. Sure enough, they did it! Offered excellent advice on pet stains (2 dogs!) and completed the job in a timely manner with excellent results - 4 bedrooms, 2 sets of stairs, an area rug, large family room. We were long overdue having this work done. They were reasonably priced and terrific professionals. I have now booked them to refresh our wood floors!"
