"A little mixed. Staff are not punctual when opening in the mornings……Have strolled in 15 minutes late with a line of cars waiting. Damaged lining on my tux which is irreplaceable/irreparable. Shirts have come back ripped. Someone put a bar code label on the exterior instead of interior of my trousers which has left a mark when it was removed. I miss the complimentary button replacement service which has seemed to have stopped. Front of house staff are hit or miss. Some of the long standing ones are delightful. Newer ones are just plan grumpy, rude and clearly do not want to be there, or care. I like the convenience of drop off and pick up otherwise I’d go elsewhere. Lou needs to implement some on site quality control to bring back the good old days."
