"I don’t normally share negative reviews and usually move on if I experienced a bad service. But this was a significant investment in my time and money, and I’m certain there are others with similarly negative experiences with this company; I wish someone had taken the time to write one if they did, as this would’ve been helpful for deciding which cleaning service to go with in the local area. For context, I used this service biweekly for a few months. There’s been damages and they forgot to clean an entire bedroom + bathroom + closet across 3 visits, despite a.) charging my credit card in full for the cleaning service b.) supposedly having a “service guarantee “ and a “field supervisor” to occasionally oversee the work and c.) follow ups by email and phone call to let them know they’d miss the rooms. When they missed the first time, the “field supervisor” told me they ran out of time but promised to come back to clean that room/ bathroom 2 weeks later. I was understanding and agreed to it. But that did not happen, and when they missed cleaning the same room/bathroom for the 3rd time, I immediately called that same day to let them know; but they said they did not miss the rooms and instead asked me to show proof that they had missed it (pic below). They claim to offer “satisfaction guarantee” but be prepared to have required proof and pics of any damage that occur in your home and in case they rushed and missed your rooms. I also spoke with the owner, Ines, who never apologized and told me “if you look for it, you’ll always find problems.” Given that the conversation was less than 2 days from the scheduled cleaning, I informed her I no longer had trust in the service but would honor the scheduled date and requested from her professionalism and integrity for their last day cleaning in my home. She replied by email 1.5 days before the scheduled cleaning, stating that given my request for professionalism and integrity, they could no longer come to clean my home. Through my CC, I was able to successfully dispute the full charge for one of the visits during which they missed the room/bathroom cleaning, as the company never responded to me when I requested to dispute the charge through them. I’ve learned a lot from this experience and thankfully have found a new cleaning service that is professional, reliable, thorough, and has more probity and integrity. "Excellent service! Could not recommend this team more. We just moved into our home and into the area so we weren't sure about using a cleaning company. I am SO glad I did. The team (Araselis team) was so friendly and attentive. The work is impressive and so detailed. The biggest bonus was that they knew how to release a tub stopper that had been jammed in our bathroom since we moved in. They saved me a call to a plumber and left the tub spotless and shiny. Could not be happier with their service."
