"Got great emergency service today. My central air stopped working overnight, woke up at 4am to 80 degrees in house (all windows were closed...) and left voicemail for 4 companies after making sure a reboot didn't fix the issue (unit was making a weird sound too). Danny was first to call me back around 6:30am, told me he'd have someone here between 10am - 2pm and I'd get a call 30 minutes before. I got the call as promised and he came at 11:30am, quickly diagnosed the issue, changed the failed part which he had in his truck (he said they keep a large amount of the commonly failed parts on hand) and everything is working fine now. He really knew his stuff and kept his commitments for calling and the appointment time - highly recommended!"
