"This business was very unprofessional and poor with keeping their word. On two seperate occasions, my wife and I went out of our way to meet the team at our new place for an estimate early in the morning. The worker never showed and no one even cared to call us to inform us there was an issue. Apparently there was an "emergency". After speaking with Theresa, I was told that we would be prioritized for a followup. She spent time on our call to back handedly compliment my wife saying that she was sweet even when she was upset. A week goes by after being told we would be the emergency this time and would definitely be seen. We again went out of our way to get to the new place to meet someone early in the morning. Again no one called us on the day of the consultation. We called and Theresa picked up She said that somone called out of work and they couldn't do it AGAIN. Okay the least she could have done was reach out to us to inform us so we can make arrangements to not come. Terrible service, would not recommend."

In less than 24 hours, I got a new condenser and all the tubing/wiring was repaired. "I highly recommend Breezin HVAC. Their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, and the office is helpful and quick to reply. They installed a new central A/C system for me in my brownstone last year and did an excellent job. The condensers had to go on the roof 6 flights up, be carried up the stairs, and then pulled onto the roof; the old units had to go down the same way. They came with the manpower to get it done. They told me if they had to disassemble the units, they would do that as well and rebuild them; luckily, that was not needed. Other companies would have told me a crane would be required adding to the cost. They also work on my radiant heating system. When the ignition part broke on the boiler and I needed help quickly, they were there for me and came Saturday morning to fix the boiler. You can rely on them to do their best to help you when you need that help."

"I wanted to thank the folks at Breezin. Over the summer my a/c failed, so I called Breezin. The people in the office were friendly and responsive. I scheduled an appointment for the following day. The technician, his name was Dan, arrived on time calling me before arriving, to keep me informed. When he arrived, he was polite and courteous and began a systematic inspection of my air conditioning system. When he entered my home he made sure his shoes were clean and even offered to remove his shoes. He greeted my dog, and entered my extremely hot attic and began to work. He diagnosed the problem, and even offered to show me what was malfunctioning. He explained the cost of repairs and told me how long it would take. In short order the a/c was cranking out cold air. Thanks to Dan. He cleaned up after himself and removed the malfunctioning motor. He also proved to me that the motor was broken, showing me that the motor's shaft had seized. Dan is always welcome in my home. I would recommend Breezin without reservation."
