"The actual service and the guys who came to evaluate and then do the work were great. The interactions with the office were varied. After the initial phone call to schedule, I did not receive any email confirmation of the appointment or email address to respond to with questions. I NEVER received the COI for the workers to come, despite having to CALL three times to request it. (Luckily, my super and building were not paying attention!) The good news is that the second person I interacted with at the office was sooooooo helpful and made sure that my scheduled date for service was convenient and quick for me AND finally sent me an email confirmation so I could communicate with the office without having to call over and over. Besides the frustration of dealing with the initial person who scheduled the evaluation and who did not follow up on the COI, the guys who came out were very nice, super respectful of my home and very efficient in their evaluation and later the repair."

They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable, and were so careful and tidy about taking my appliance out, flipping it over to replace the part that needed replacing, and putting everything back without scratching my floors or countertops (which has happened before with another company). The individual I spoke with seemed a bit disorganized and struggled to remember important details, which made the appointment setup unnecessarily complicated. When the technicians arrived, I felt they lacked the experience and professionalism I had expected. They appeared somewhat aloof and didn't thoroughly evaluate my washing machine's issue. It seemed like they were in a hurry to finish the job quickly. Regrettably, the service report they provided afterward was inaccurate. It seemed they may not have fully examined the washing machine and had made assumptions about the problem. This left me with doubts about the quality of their service. In conclusion, while I had hoped for a more positive experience with Mr. Appliance, I encountered issues with appointment scheduling, technician professionalism, and the accuracy of the service report. It is my hope that they can improve their services in the future to better meet their customers' expectations."
