"Signed a contract in April for a new pool liner and to fix a leak - after 2 months of calling and actually going to the store b/c I never received a response I was told they were unaware of the status of my pool liner. I had to call the manufacture myself and track the order. After being charged additional to fix the underneath of my pool, they decided to dump multiple wheel barrels full of vermiculite mix in my backyard, so now i have literally patches of concrete in my backyard. They stole my faceplates to my skimmers (not a big deal) and left all the garbage for me to clean up. I call and sent numerous emails with no response and I think I STILL have a leak! Terrible service and terrible outcome - now have to figure how to get the vermiculite out of my backyard!"

"This is a great company. I hadn't used them for over 20 years, as I did the pool openings and closings myself. I had my heater break down and I called the company that installed it and they said they couldn't send anyone for 10 days to look at it. I called Alpa and they were there the next day and had the parts in stock to repair it. Reasonable pricing and very professional technician. They are my "go-to" pool company going forward."

"The Company is top notch, any service provider that comes out on a Friday at 6PM on a Holiday Weekend to fix my pool heater is alright by me. My regular pool guy couldn't fix it and both he and one of his crew came out two times. Russell the owner came out and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Whatever he charges me will be just fine. Saved my holiday."
