"Absolute scam, if I could give them 0 stars I would. We bought a PTAC unit from them. They installed it and then in the fall the heating wasn't working. They claimed that it was an issue with a motorized valve that needed to be changed for $450! So they installed a unit knowing it was a different voltage than what I had before and then wanted more money? Unacceptable. After my building manager became involved they finally fixed it, but it took them several weeks and they had to come back 3 times (and remove the unit). Now, it's leaking water and although it's just a few months from their last repair they claim that it's not related and not under warranty. I had a different company come in and they told me it was not installed correctly and it's leaning and that's why the water is leaking. Hi Tech wants me to pay them to come fix it which is unacceptable when the problem was caused by them not installing the unit correctly. Also their customer service is trash, they never call you back, and the guys that come in to install it are rude and never answer your questions. Avoid them like the plague!"

"They charged us $490 for a common $50-75 dollar actuator, threw it on in 5-10 minutes. Then would not return our inquiry for a reciept or full invoice of parts/labor breakdown. They were nice and all while here, but not so much once they left."

"Update: This is a REAL review. Browsing their reviews, all five-star with mine to be the exception. No Company hires anybody to leave only ONE fake reviews because this is real. ________________________________ Unprofessional. They constantly miss appointments. The customer service never calls back as they said. The technician always has sort of "emergency" and put me at their lowest priority especially after i paid them. here is my experience with them: Had a quick consultation and they took my ac to their factory. Made an appointment for them to bring it back and on the day of the appointment, they did not come and no notice or informing whatsoever. Called and they came the other day. They returned my ac with fixed cooling but broken heater. They took it back again and returned the 3rd time with a not-fixed heater. After several times of calling and serous talking, they finally fixed my heater and installed but they again forgot to bring the filter. I paid anyway thinking at lease i got my ac finally back home working and, they promised to drop off the filter for me but for a whole week they missed the appointment everyday without notifying or explanation. They told me they had “emergency” only when i called them multiple times. They don't respect my time for a bit. I can't stand it anymore. by the time i am writing this review, i am still waiting for a promised call from the technician. as always, he never will."
