He helped troubleshoot immediately while on the phone (whereas the other services we called simply took messages and said they’d call back on Monday), and he came to assess in person. Once the parts were ordered, Leo and Mikhail came on time and were super friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. They fixed our refrigerator, and cleaned up afterwards.
