"SCAM ALERT!!! SCAM ALERT!!! BEWARE!!!They picked up my car through Hagerty Roadside, told me they can diagnosis it and tell me a price and if we agree they fix it if not they tow it to my house for no fee. I agreed. I didnt hear from them for the next 4 hours. I told them to bring my car home, they said they were closed. THEN, next day they tell me they fixed it and they are bringing it to my house. I did not tell them to fix it nor did they give me a price. ALL DAY I was waiting for the car and excuse after excuse from them. Finally at 7PM i took a Uber to their location to find the truck siting there. They would not give me the keys until I pay them $150!!!! Never did they mention money since I never told them to fix it!!! After arguing in the dark surrounded by 3 men, I called the cops and they gave me my keys and my car wasnt even fixed!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Better Business Bureau here I come!!!"
