"I callled this store & it sounds like an owner anyway she is dealing with xustomers & answering the ohone ..clearly she is professional enough to multitask...i waited patiently but she says " How can i help you? As i begin to speak she starts talking to à customer again im patient and understand she is busy but she continued to say Yes sir speak i say No its a madame and asked her my question but AGAIN she started speaking with someone else i kid u not this went on for about 3 minutes asking me to speak but not listening..So she says Ma'am Please speak at rhis point im annoyed i say I am speaking but everytime i speak you are talking with someone else she says aggresively WELL IM WORKING as i began to say ok but just ask me to hold on while u take care of your customers and i would of waited..She said Ma'am Bye and hung up. Very unprofessional. As dealing with peolpe in that field you are to say its really busy here will u like to hold on or call back giving me the option... SHE NEEDS HELP SHE CEACKS UNDER PRESSURE... BUT SCREW HER SHE LIST MY BIZZ"
