"Bloomfield Ave store only! Idc who said anything good about this store. The printer & service department is horrible. Expect to wait long in line because they are always short staffed. Arrived this morning at the time they opened and the lady manager looked as if the store was about to close. She turned around me and another customer saying no one was there to help. They don’t even deserve a star! I plan on complaining to corporate managers just give me some time because this is absolutely ridiculous. They should be ashamed representing STAPLES! To the manager that’s about to read this I hope someone visits that store and witness it for themselves. A reply from management is not good enough I will complain to corporate. DO BETTER"

"Came to this location to do a Amazon drop off and not only are the lines ridiculously long but they SUPER SLOW. When I get to the front of the line they can’t do the Amazon return because of something with their system. Then the supposed to be manager who is in the picture rudely tells me take it to ups. There is nothing she can do. I can sit and wait the 2-3 hours for her to contact customer service. Now I see why this location has 2 stars on Yelp. I will NEVER recommend nor return to this location EVERRRRRR! I will be contacting Amazon and the BBB!"
