"Went to get 5lb dirt today. I guess there were issues with forklift so it was first blocked off .. we waited for 15 mins. But it was the employees who were very aggressive and flustered because of guess there was an issue on their end. Yelling at us was not going to help and moving large product during the day on Saturday midday is poor planning on the store part. We left without the soil after being aggressively confronted after patiently waiting. I asked an employee to get a bag for us but he wasn’t any help either …"

"I walked in to this Home Depot looking at counter tops, cabinetry, and other items and happened to be greeted by an associate (Kay) in the customized cabinet section. She gave me a thorough walk through on cabinetry, hardware, different types, sizes, and finishes. She was also able to give recommendations on counter tops based on different finishes and prices differential. I really appreciated her level of attention and her ability to really connect with me as the consumer to find out my wants/needs and educate me. I now know a lot of things more than before I walked into the location and as I’ll be working on my kitchen soon, I’ll be sure to come back to my local HD here for my needs."

"Everybody’s very helpful, even if the lines look long to pay for your item it goes very fast. and if you have a family with some 16 1718-year-old kids living with you they always have job openings part-time and full-time and they pay very well with medical and dental benefits, happy Thanksgiving, Bill Shechtman"

"I've stopped here twice and same experience, there was a line across the store to check out with a few employees having to ring you up but not check you out in self check out to of course make sure not stealing I love being treated that way btw. And the fact of not having anything to put my items in are severely annoying I just came from the mid west where you have options on how you check out and you can get a bag for your items. This store seems poorly ran don't care the reasoning at this point its a excuse for mismanagement. FYI its something else to see countless people looking for sales associates and employees get satly at customers for being short staffed."

"This HD location has a real nice garden dept! Lots of variety of plants, herbs, vegetables and flowers at competitive prices. Most items I want are usually in-stock. I prefer the buy online pickup in store to avoid long wait lines."
