"William Rojas is truly outstanding! After grappling with a sports-related injury for nearly two years, Mr. Rojas swiftly addressed a significant portion of the issue with his expert sports massage within just five minutes. The subsequent two sessions focused on improving my mobility and flexibility. Remarkably, after just three sessions, I'm at 99% recovery. Now, I've been to other clinics where a combination of physical therapy, chiropractic treatments, and trigger point massages typically takes months for my recovery. Mr. Rojas, however, accomplished it in less than three sessions. While there are still some strengthening exercises to do, I'm immensely grateful to Mr. Rojas for saving me considerable time in my rehabilitation journey."
"Cafe closes way too early, can’t get a protein shake, water bottle, or energy drink there after 7, while full bar is open upstairs. In a gym. Make it make sense. Also, put some hair gel in the locker rooms. Lifetime’s at lower price points elsewhere have that and more amenities than you’d get here. The Techno gym weight machines are garbage, could’ve invested in some much more practical/useful machines. If you’re serious about working out, you could find better machines at a lower membership cost. Plus, good luck finding a bench in the free weight section during peak hours, in a gym that’s almost a full city block. Sauna glass door doesn’t seal and lets out hot air. You’ll even see other guests stuffing towels along the openings of the door. The new products in the shower are awful and dry out hair and skin (bring your own). Why pay almost $300, who knows? I won’t be any longer."
"Definitely one of the best gyms I’ve ever encountered. My trainer Andrew is phenomenal. His wisdom and experience in the world of weight lifting and physical therapy have made me stronger and more in tune with my body than I was when I was in my 20’s. I also highly recommend William - a structural integrative massage therapist who has helped me with my scoliosis and spinal issues in just a couple of sessions. His massage technique can only be described as ‘deliciously’ painful and invigorating. I cannot praise them enough!"
"Pro: the gym location is nice, it has lots of equipment, clean and spacious Cons: the men’s locker room can use some signage, especially to educate members: around 4-6 pm when it’s busiest, the used towels are everywhere instead of putting them in the collecting bin by members, there is member drying sweaty underwear and stink up the entire dry sauna, then finally I saw member who was wearing basically their outside shorts into the hot-tub and starting some video recording to streaming. I mean the operation /management should really look into these behavior so the experience aren’t ruined for other members who had basic gym etiquette"
"Best gym ever! More like a 5 star hotel than just an amazing gym. Incredible facility and well worth every cent of the slightly premium price. I’ve been a member or Equinox, Chelsea Piers, LA Fitness…you name it and none quite compare to LifeTime. It’s my favorite home away from home now. The staff are all incredibly friendly and that’s been consistent across the board unlike some of the other premium gyms where it’s been a bit hot or miss."
