We used them for our home inspection, and when we finally got the house, because we wanted to get ahead of any future problems, used them to descale the sewer line. They accommodated me into their schedule, arrived promptly at 9am, and were really professional all-around. Often times, with these services, you're either using them because of a critical problem or doing preventative work -- which makes it harder to make decisions of whether an investment is worth it. "We had a back-up in our main sewer line which caused some minor flooding in our basement. Nick and his team came right out and solved the problem quickly. Two weeks later, we experienced another blockage and again, the team came out quickly with a camera to scope the drain and see if it was a serious issue. Luckily it was not, and Nick was able to clear the drain all the way to the street. I can't say enough great things about the responsiveness, professionalism and effort taken to snake a drain almost 70 feet.
