"I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and Jeff told me labor would be $250, I came in today for my brakes and he estimated and gave me a grand total of $850+ to fix my brakes. My car isn’t an SUV or Luxury. I found somewhere else that is affordable and great quality right after. Females never go there alone because they will rip you off and scam you."

"I’m normally not one to write a negative review but this was blatant. My car had been towed and this location was closest to me on AAA’s recommendation lists. When my car was towed to this location I was informed that my SUV needed an alternator. He stated that there was nothing available in state and had to be ordered from Virginia. Upon my second call to an Infinity part’s service I knew that he was dishonest. I inquired about how much for the part and it was 200 less than what Jeff quoted. In addition, my service cost $800 dollars less than what he quoted. Needless to say I picked up my vehicle from there and will never recommend to a crooked business."

"My car was disabled while I visited my father in NJ. AAA towed to Jeff at Pinkava's Motor Company. I needed a complicated repair that took several days to complete. Jeff was professional, honest and clear in his explanation of the work and its completion. This could have been a disaster with me being out of state and difficulty obtaining the necessary parts. But Jeff made it as easy as possible, including doing some of the work over a weekend. If I lived in this area, I would definitely use Pinkava's. Highly recommended!"
