"Very limited in network options in Colorado, especially for 24/7 care. When our cat suddenly got sick none of the in-network hospitals had any availability to admit our cat so we ended up going to an out of network hospital and having to pay entirely out of pocket. Pet benefits refused to cover any of it. I would skip this plan and save your money, it is basically a scam."
