"We bought a bracelet from you and really liked the bracelet. The bracelet was really nice we came to you guys because we thought your quality was good but turns out it wasn’t couple weeks after I got the bracelet it the lock broke and I lost it. I spent $1500 for nothing. Do you guys know how much $1500 is I could pay my rent with that money but instead I bought a bracelet that broke in two weeks. The quality is terrible. This is haram on you guys my mother is sick and she want you guys to get a decent bracelet and then two weeks later it breaks how could you guys make a bracelet like this."
