"Thank you chris for excellent customer service!! Me and my husand had just came out of a doctors appointment, rushed to Jared before it had closed at 7pm. Appreciate you taking us in last minute even though you guys were closing. My husband had purchased my engagement ring here 2 years ago it is the most perfect ring ever!! However, when he had purchased it we had to size down for it to fit properly and now this year size it back up. I had dropped off the ring 2 weeks ago, for them to re size to make it fit, but a week later I had gone back to see that my ring was very thinned out. I was so sad, my husband immediately saw when I gotten home the craftsmanship was not up to par ; It looked bent and very thinned out. We had gone back again to Jared to get it fixed or see if they can make the ring thicker; immediately walked through the door and chris already knew my ring did not look right. We didnt even tell him the reason why we had stopped in. He knew right away my ring did not look right. Overall hopefully this doesn’t happen again I don’t want my ring damaged while re sizing it. Chris took time to check us in, took pictures of the ring, and made sure it gets fixed. Thank you chris for paying attention to detail, craftsmanship, and making sure I was happy. When I had picked up my ring previously, a week ago no one asked me if it looked alright or if I was satisfied with the re sizing. Also, huge shout out to Maria for helping my husband pick out the most perfect ring!! Its the most perfect ring and want the best care for it always!! Thank you."
