"Stopped in at Kay jewelers to browse and look for a new ring. Was greeted by Fatima, told her we weren’t looking to buy and just browsing. She asked what we were interested in and showed us some rings and helped us find a ring within our budget and told us about the different payment options available, we ended up going from browsing to buying the ring I loved. Loved How helpful and knowledgeable she was and very patient with us. She made us feel very comfortable and will surely be back again to see her for future purchases."
