"Very disappointed in my visit to the store. Shelves were empty of basics. I asked for help twice from two different employees and was told to ask someone else. The checkout line was very long because all the self checkout registers were out of order and yhere was only one person working the registers."

"I've always enjoyed going into Michael's. They have great sales and usually have everything I needed. This time, unfortunately, it was empty in there. Maybe just changing out seasonal items."

"This location is not as it used to be, shelves are light with merchandise, under staff and mostly what you need is online...it is sad. Needed a wax sealing stamp and when I asked the only person in the store she said check clearance or online."

"Staff is almost never friendly enough or at all, at just about the many, many Michael's™ I have been too. This location is no exception. Ask a worker for help and you're likely to realize quickly, your interruption of their shelving & stocking items was very inconvenient. I was told they do not carry resin planters, they were an aisle away...I just wanted more options. Then when I asked about other materials - she grunted and mumbled (not because of her mask) to the effect- what we have is out over there, the asile I was asking the question from. Wow, thanks- I feel so much better about the $40.oo in items I had in my hand , ready to purchase.... Some times things like frames off the shelves can be a deal on just the right one at a special size; otherwise- overpriced and under served is how I'd sum up the "Michaels' Culture"."

"This store has been my go-to for years. I’ve completed many random projects with the supplies they have. Sometimes variety is limited for specific or professional grade art supplies, but I was always able to find something and pleased by the results. The coupons are a nice bonus too. Just make sure to test any shopping cart you grab since usually it takes a few rounds of shopping cart roulette to find one that has all 4 wheels functioning. I’ve avoided them my last few visits so who knows maybe it’s a non issue now :)"
