"Been waiting for over a year for these people to come check a cracked new window that was installed and still under warranty, only for them to continuous tell me, and never return a phone call, about not having a technician in the area. Absolutely appalling!"

"I have had a very frustrating experience with this location. I purchased hardwood flooring toward the end of May and was told that the special order would be in within the week. The week came and went and still no call back. I began calling for a status update and was told that the delivery was on its way, so I patiently waited. On June 9th I called YET again and was told that my order came in, but to call back the following morning to get a confirmation. The morning of the 10th I called and was told that my order had arrived the night before and that it was ready for pick up. When I arrived to pick it up later that day, to my surprise I was now told that the order was not there and I must have misunderstood the supplier, that the supplier had probably told me that the order was leaving the warehouse on the 10th not at the actual Home Depot on the 10th. This was ridiculous because at no time did I have a supplier's phone number!!! So now I had to cancel the installation that I scheduled for the 10th. The next morning I receive a call that my order had magically arrived. When we go to pick it up, after loading, I realize it's the wrong wood. They ordered the wrong wood!!! The sales associate said that it was still nice. NOOOO!!!! I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR AND ORDERED, NOT WHAT YOU THINK IS NICE!!! So now I've had to cancel 2 installations and a month behind on a project that should have been completed already and no one is to blame. No one has apologized or shown any concern for money that has been lost. I just called for an update on the order for the correct wood and was told that it had not arrived. Now I'm livid, I asked to speak to a supervisor and was finally able to speak to one after holding for an hour. He said he would call me back. I did just receive a call and was told that my order is in the store. I call bullshit! I told the supervisor that they need to get their stories together because I was just told that my order was not in. Her compensation....free delivery of my order. This is not acceptable!!! This is not a $100 order, it it at least $2000+ on supplies and no one is concerned. I will be escalating my complaint."

"Severely understaffed. I have had so many bad experiences in this store it is too much too list. Be careful about getting quotes from them they re not very honest."
