"Cant wait to October where us City Employees gets to switch. I already know close to 40 people in my department that wants to leave. WORST insurance company ever. I never had to deal with the problems I am facing now when it was under HIP. I live in Staten Island and the Dermatologist who I seen for so many years I can no longer. Emblem Health "approved" me only for a "preffered" Dr in Queens. 2.5 hours travel in public transportation. When I called, they said my PCP was fine with it, my PCP said they never spoke to Emblem and that's a lie. Referrals now take a lot longer and you cant even get it for a Dr you want, only to who they send you. Emblem Health, Keep up the horrible service and I will tell all the new employees at my job not to go with you. Im still waiting for a promise for senior management to call me back from a complaint. Next up will be Fox5 Shame On You, ABC7 On Your Side, NY1 News, oh and SI Advance is already interviewing me this week!"
