"Love the store! Great pieces for gifts - they have knowledgeable and engaging staff! The staff remember customers and offer wonderful suggestions! I had a wonderful experience yesterday and want to thank the staff (2 young women) who managed the store in the morning on the 3rd of Feb. I did not want to ask their names. They have new pieces with colored stones - red and green as well, which I have not seen before."

"Worst customer service approach I have ever experienced in my life. Having purchased a defective tennis bracelet, one week later I returned to the store to exchange or return the bracelet, store manager informed me of the store return policy, instructed me of a different store and then it was up to me to travel to that other location 3 hours away to exchange the bracelet. She offered no assistance to accommodate me whatsoever. A young staffer by the name of Samuel went out of his way to locate the bracelet for me, drove and picked up the merchandise for me, he reached out to me to inform me the merchandise made it to the store for pick-up. I arrived early the next day at 10:30 am and waited in line for 45 minutes past opening time (I was the first and only customer in line). I was never acknowledged and yes the manager and two other staff members at the register noticed me standing outside the store and the security guard told me someone will be right with me. Finally around 11:45 am, I asked how long before you open, I am just here to retrieve something not making any purchase? The manager replied we are preparing registers, she walked to the back, grabbed my merchandise instructed the security guard to lift the gate and just handed me the bag (while I am still standing outside of the store) and walked away without any exchange with me of any kind. It just felt humiliating, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The store manager is clueless, rude, and very unprofessional which is a shame because there are some outstanding young staff working for her. I will never return to Swarovski and will not recommend anyone either. This day and age retail brands should be cherishing their patrons instead of making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It was a horrible experience I went through and it even stunned the security guard who extended a heartfelt apology to me after witnessing the exchange with the store manager."

"Worst customer service , the staff over there act as though the return and exchange policies are created by them Not Swarovski.. from today I decided i’ll never buy anything from that store . I purchased 4 items and I decided to return and buy those same items again in three days as the price dropped and was additional sale ., they didn’t honor the exchange nor price adjustment infact they were so rude .. I was surprised when reputed brand Swarovski has been represented by unprofessional staff !! It’s just few people there spoil entire environment of the service .., think before when you go for returns in that store even in valid period they are hesitant and come up with some reasons."
