"I recently bought a ring that was sold as 1.5 carat “diamonds”. The lady, Judith kept reassuring me they were diamonds when in fact they were moissanite stones when tested at certified retailers. (Zales, Jared) I am very disappointed in Gabriel who when this was brought to his attention, he was so embarrassed that his response was “the light test was the real tester” for diamonds. It’s unfortunate jewelers are bamboozling customers. An active investigation was opened and hopefully customers no longer buy fraudulent merchandise from this store at the mall."
