"They’re are not professionals at all. I gave them my chain to fix. They told me to come back the next day for pick up, I came to pick it up the next day they told me to come back in half an hour I came back 2hours later, they said that they left it home because they don’t fix it in the store. I had to come back the next day and when I did come back, the lock on my chain was broken, so they had me wait an extra day to fix it. When I finally receive my chain I put it on when I got home the chain fell out of my neck because the lock was not fix properly. This is the worst experience I’ve had and would never recommend this filthy place of business to anyone. Now I have to go pay someone else to fix the lock on my chain which was not a problem to begin with."

"I have been a loyal customer to this store for a couple of years. I bought all my jewelry here, my rings, my earrings, charms, my gold chain, even bought my moms Mother's Day gift here. Unfortunately my chain broke so of course I came back to the same spot to fix it since I got it fixed there before. I picked it up 30 min before closing yesterday. When I got home I realized the chain was a little thinner then mine so I proceeded to test it with fire (real gold will not change color with fire) and realized they swapped my gold chain, that I had bought there in the first place with a FAKE chain. I am just hurt and disappointed. I had sentimental value attached to that chain. Disappointed that I TRUSTED them with my chain just to get conned. I called them and left a voicemail no call back. I tried to go back to the store and they are closed today. I paid $15 for them to steal my gold chain and give me a fake one ."

"ZEROSTARS my fiance bought me a diamond engagement ring from there for mothers day..it broke 4 times in this month everytime we bring it back they fixed it but the last time i said i didn't want that ring nomore, so they replaced it with the same style of ring the same exact model and i wore it 1 time and it broke..it has not been a month and i am way upset.this gold must be so cheap..don't shop there. i don't know where to take it to get fixed."
