"My girlfriend surprised me by proposing with a ring from Bario Neal recently. And I couldn’t believe it, it’s literally my dream ring! Everyone who knows me says it’s the most “me” thing they’ve ever seen. It’s so sparkly and rainbow, it makes me feel like it’s a unicorn’s engagement ring! They didn’t make me pay for express shipping, even though I live in Canada. I was so impressed with their incredible customer service! "I have been a fan and customer of Bario Neal for years. I had my engagement and wedding rings custom made by them in 2019. This review is specifically for working with Seth on my newest addition, a custom ring to add to my stack to commemorate the birth of my two sons. I wanted a curved band which included each of our family members birth stones. Seth was open, patient, and thorough in all aspects of the process such as providing information/updates, answering my questions, and design iteration. He was extremely pleasant to correspond with, which made the entire process enjoyable. I could tell he genuinely cared about the sentimental value and visual quality of the piece.
