"Been with HealthFirst for a year and a half and have been very impressed with them. Excellent coverage. I wish they would consolidate their snail mail though. too much paper. Dragana at the Queens location was particularly helpful opening the doors at 9a.m precisely and answering all my questions."
"Took my mom to this location for some info. At the outside of the front entrance a speaker playing really loud music. Then a huge cord leading into the office. at the desk we met the most unprofessional rude employee who offered no help at all with the issue. The employee was dressed like she worked at a bar. This location is awful. Rather than helping the community it is a quality of life issue with that speaker and extremely loud music. I’m sure health first doesn’t promote this level of unprofessional behavior. Not appealing and repulsive"
