"Buyer Beware!!!! Charged my card for an item, but refused to give the product, said the charge was pending, but money was taken from my account. Showrd evidence that the 'pending' claim was false, but to no avail. The staff is and was very rude and disrespectful, with exception of one Black gentleman."

"Stay clear. They make grillz which don’t reach your gumline so they don’t even look like they fit. Look elsewhere as they don’t even make their own grillz, they get a guy around the corner to make them for them. I had to go back in 7 times because they kept making them wrong. I spent most of my holiday in this place."

"They are a Horrible business and have the worst customer service. "Just go to the Apple Store or Android Store to get your phone or get it fixed. Their cheap price isn't worth the headache/the disrespect/or the time waisted" They do not deserve to be in business. I send my phone to them to replace the Screen over a month age and I have been back to them 3 times every two weeks for them to replace the screen that they put on my iPhone. This past weekend they gave me the run around from Sat all the way until today Monday. I waited out in the sun for 5 hours Saturday until they closed to get my phone and didn't get it and for 2 hours on Sun and on Sunday they didn't even open the store as they told me saturday evening that they would be in at 12pm Sun. This was more then just a waist of money it was a complete waist of time and energy. If there was anyway to report them to the police for bad practices I would. If any one on here knows how please refer that information to me."
