"Poor communication and etiquette dealing with customers!!! Called to check if they accept walk ins. She then asked me if this is a sign ouyine check or check up. Told her we want a consult for my daughter’s sore throat and temp. She ask my daughter’s name and birthday and she confirmed that we had a record from last year. She scheduled us with Dr. Quinn as we are 5 mins away. We arrived at the office and the receptionist told us we dont have a record and was not scheduled today. So she aked me the person i spoke to earlier on the phone and lo and behold she stated she pulled up a wrong patient and said I did not have a record of my daughter at their clinic and had the GALL to blame me that i forgot to tell them that we are new patient there. After i gave her my daughter’s name and birthday she right away said we had a record from previous year’s appointment and could have double checked her info before finalizing it! And they had the guts to blame me of their incompetence and error on their part! I was doubtful right away from when i first checked the reviews in google about this clinic but now i proved that most negative reviews were true. Incompetent, rude, unprofessional esp on the phone and dishonest secretary and does not take reponsibility on their mistake and error! Bring your kids some where else so they dont have to witness the ugly part of reception and patient care and manners in a clinic. So sad!!! Even my daughter said they lied and had the gall to blame us instead. Thank God we didnt have to go through more headache if we stayed."

"After our visit today we will not be seeing Dr Puder again. We have a number of complaints due to how uncomfortable we felt as parents and our daughter felt seeing this doctor. This doctor acted very unprofessionally during our visit. At the start of the visit my husband stood outside of the room as our daughter changed into the gown given. He was approached by Dr Puder. My husband told the doctor that he was waiting for our ok to enter the room after she was done changing. Dr Puder then proceeded to open the room door without approval while our daughter was undressed and not gowned. We have never experienced a doctor try to pull up our daughter's gown to check her stomach without asking her first. Even after she quickly sat up pushed his hands away and told him no he pushed her down and tried again. I expressed to him that she felt uncomfortable by his actions and may he check her over her gown instead of under. He then proceeded to ask about growing of hair in private areas I gave him an answer then he questioned the accuracy of my answer as if I am not her mother. He then tried to go back under her gown to check. I asked him not to go under her gown again. He then asked if he could check himself. I answered no and re explained how our daughter is not comfortable as well as us. This visit was very unpleasant and uncomfortable for us as a family. It has put a scar on our daughter to not want to see a male doctor again."

"Have been going here for years, ever since they moved and hired new front desk people. Place has turned AWFUL! SAMARIS a desk woman is the most rude and nasty person. Hung up on me multiple times and REFUSED to give me my son medical records. Saying they're out dated. To bad it doesn't matter if irs outdated, it's the LAW! Fought with them for 4 hrs for something they were supposed to fax over months before that. Got my attorney involved and she refused to give me the medical records and break the law. Filed a complaint with the BBB, NYS dept of health and Civil services commission. She made racial comments about my ethnicity and the paper work records lady Louis also hung up on me multiple times. Until I got my attorney on the phone after 4 hrs they decided to comply with the law. We hare filing court paper work as we speak. After a few days of me file the reports to NYS board of health and BBB, I got a letter saying myself and kids are no longer allowed in the practice....seems they have done this A LOT if you look at the other reviews on here. Typical bad business when they don't get what or how they want."

"The doctors here are great. I just started questioning things when I realized I have to pay $10 to get my child physical faxed to her school. I think $10 is a bit extreme five dollars would’ve been understandable the $10 that was really a bit much so I can just imagine for the families that have multiple children and need their children’s physicals how much you’re going to have to come out of pocket and me having multiple children how much that was going to end up costing me is a bit obscene"

"The best pediatrician office. This use to be my old doctor office when I was younger now it’s my kids doctor . Honestly, Dr. Donovan is one of the best physician there is ever. She makes me feel as my kids are her kids. She’s so compassionate and shows she cares. I know when I come here my kids are getting top tier care. Thank you Dr. Donovan for being amazing. I wish there was more physicians like you in this world."
