"This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL Pediatric office I have ever encountered....best part is I'm not even a patient! I called yesterday to inquire how to go about enlisting my toddler as a new patient since we just recently relocated. The front desk has horrible customer service. First they notified me that her pediatrician has to supply a medical release form which I found awkward since typically it's the new office that is suppose to supply me with the release form which I'm suppose to sign and sent to previous doctor. But I said ok and called previous doctor and behold...........I was correct. So today I called the front desk and started to tell them the story and literally while I was in middle of speaking this front desk just puts me on hold WITHOUT telling me I'll be put on hold. Then someone else answers who doesn't sound like a front desk personnel answers the phone rudley...that's already strike 2! So I begin to tell her what I was told from the front desk day before and what the other facility said must be done....this miserable individual replies saying " so what you want me to do?!" I then responded saying "excuse me...what did you just say?" she then responds saying again "so what you want me to do?!" So I then reply " you know what.....I'm no longer interested in your enrolling with your office" and hung up. This takes a special type of unillegence to respond way she did ..common sense will tell you that you and your team needs to be trained properly and learned how to do simple task. I work as a Director of HR and I would NEVER hire these types of unprofessional individuals. In HR the there's a saying "Your front desk represents your company...if they are rude, unprofessional, don't answer phone timely or don't respond with "How may I assist you"....then it shows your company is unprofessional". It sounds like that entire team are very miserable individuals and untrained and the owner should evaluate and consider terminating that entire team and employing new staff that are more friendly and courteous. A pediatric requires a friendly environment for children not hostile. If they keep up with that current staff.....the company will be shut down very soon. They lost my child as a potential patient and I'm sure they will lose many more. TIME TO TAKE OUT THE TRASH!"
